This Privacy Policy Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("Visitor","User") and Global Innovation Initiative Group that defines the termsand conditions for the use of this site, the privacy policy and the protectionof personal data, as defined lower.

DATA SECURITY

The personal data provided will be used only for the statedpurpose of this agreement. The data will be used for e-mail communications, toobtain own statistics, to inform other means of communication about subsequentactions. The information received will not be made available to any naturalperson, legal entity, institution, unless they are requested justified by thelaw enforcement authorities or if Global Innovation Initiative Group is abusedin any way. 

We respect and guarantee the confidentiality of the data andwe undertake not to transmit personal data to third parties. Global InnovationInitiative Group guarantees that it will respect the rights imposed by law no.677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing ofpersonal data and their free movement. Any user who has explicitly provided onthe theloudhailer.org website, or from other sources, his email address, mayrequest the deletion of data by a written request sent to createthefuture@theloudhailer.org. 

Global Innovation Initiative Group does not assumeresponsibility for the loss of information due to errors or possible securityissues of the actions of third parties. From 25 May 2018, the new generalregulation on the protection of individuals in connection with the processingof personal data (GDPR) applies. Global Innovation Initiative Group has takencare of your personal data so far and will continue to take care of it. We willdetail what your personal data is and how we use it, with your consent.

Data transfer 

The information we collect may be stored and processed inany of the countries in which we operate to enable us to use the information inaccordance with this privacy policy. If you are in the European Union, theinformation you provide may be transferred to countries that do not apply theGDPR data protection regulation, which is equivalent to the EU. 

Processing and storage of personal data 

We respect the confidentiality according to the GDPRregulation regarding the personal data obtained through the newslettersubscription forms. Personal data is of the standard type (First Name, LastName, Email, Company) and we do not process or process sensitive Personal Data(political or sexual orientations, religious philosophies, etc.). Visitors mayaccept or refuse the use of data for marketing processes, such as sendingnewsletters, but they are not used for purposes other than those mentioned andwill never be transferred to other parties. 

By expressing the written agreement in dedicated boxes atthe time of subscription, you express your agreement on the processing andstorage of data, and at any time you can request their deletion by email at createthefuture@theloudhailer.org, in which case your data will be deleted within 24hours, or automatically by accessing the Unsubscribe link found at the end ofeach newsletter, in which case your data will be deleted automatically and youwill never receive email communications again. 

Data security We take both technical and organisational precautions toprevent the loss or alteration of your information. The transmission of dataover the Internet is inherently insecure and we can only guarantee the securityof locally stored data.
